I gave them my ps5 controller for repair because it had stick drift. The first time I gave them my controller they told me the problem was fixed but when I used it it didn't change a thing same stick drift except it made it even worse I gave them back 2 more times to fix the problem but the Same thing happen they refused to fix it they took money every time still the controller isn't fixed I would give them zero stars but that isn't a thing I wouldn't recommed.

I recently had my Nintendo Switch repaired by Fixsquad, and I’m very satisfied with their service. They replaced the LCD screen quickly and efficiently, completing everything within the same day. I dropped off my device at 9:30 AM, they received it around 12:30 PM, and was informed by 1:20 PM that the repair was complete and ready for delivery. By 6:30 PM, it was back in my hands, fully functional. The communication was clear, the turnaround time was impressive, and the quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend Fixsquad for their fast and reliable service.

Honestly great great company. I fixed already 1 joystick drift for PS5 so I didn’t have to throw it. After that I send them like 8 iPads from my workplace to fix the screen and again a great job. 100% recommended. Also the service is very attentive and they answer very fast in WhatsApp.

Fixsquad was the only place in Dubai which was able to repair my phone (which is not one of the major, popular ones). Zaina was very responsive in providing information and was able to answer all my questions.The pick and drop service by Irfan Ahmed was also very professional and super convenient. He picked and dropped it at my office in 24 hours.I hope I don't need to have any more things with my phone repaired, but if I do, I will call Fixsquad first. It was relatively expensive, but the quality of the repair and the service provided makes it worth it in my opinion.

Not overly impressed with these guys. Provided my phone to have the screen replaced which was done. Subsequently an issue developed where the phone no longer connected to a mobile network on either sim card. Took the phone there multiple times and was given various reasons for the issue, all of which were not correct. After months of them trying to diagnose the issue and charge me for multiple parts I took the phone back and asked for a refund. To add insult to injury I had to chase them after a week for the refund they promised as they had forgotten. Not good and would not recommend to friends

So my son forgot he put his phone in his pocket before getting out on the karting track. At some point his phone fell out of his pocket and he drove over the phone with super heated go-kart tires and essentially shattered his phone and melted the bottom corner of the phone off. I felt there was zero chance of ever recovering anything off the phone, but I decided to take a chance. I reached out to Fixsquad, they offered their service with no real expectations of hope of recovering any data. After approximately a week they messaged me advising they had tried multiple times to recover data but were unsuccessful so I arranged to pick up the phone. They messaged back the next day and asked if I could give them another 2 to 3 days to have another try at fixing it. Again they messaged me and advised they were unsuccessful at powering the phone back on, so again I arranged to pick up the device. Again, they messaged and said they were going to try one more time if they could have an extra 2 days, that this time there was a slim chance they could power the device back on. After those 2 days went by I received a message from Fixsquad saying that the device was powered on and I all the data was recoverable.Even though this process took almost 2 weeks, I really don't care if it took them 2 months, the work these guys performed to be able to retrieve data off of a shattered and melted phone was unbelievable. They very easily could have made only 1 attempt and said it was unsuccessful but their persistence really paid off. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! These guys pulled off nothing short of a miracle in fixing the phone enough to be able to recover the data. I've attached some pictures showing the broken phone before being fixed, and a photo showing data being transferred to my son's new phone. Held together with tape or not, these guys are amazing and made my son very excited that he didn't lose all 900 photos on his old phone. Thank you Fixsquad!!!!

GO THERE BLINDLY !I don’t always post reviews on google maps, but I always do either when shops exceeds my expectations or are extremely bad, to help others decide whether to go or no to that place.These guys are awesome, it took from first contact, to pickup, repair, and delivery of my iPhone 14 Pro Max, less than 4 hours.To my bad luck and my nerd checking, in the evening I noticed some grains in my phone on low brightness, I contacted them and asked them if I can pass by the next day to replace it. I went there afraid, that they would say to me “NO SIR THIS IS NORMAL” , thankfully, they took my phone, tested my screen and REPLACED IT COMPLETELY with a new one.That’s why, I’m highly recommending these guys, excellent service, polite people, responsive and professional.Most importantly they were cheaper than all other “NON CERTIFIED SHOPS”Go there you won’t be disappointed, bi shootout to Ahmad my point of contact and to Sumesh who fixed my screen TWICE!
