How It Works

Follow these easy steps to see your device repair status:

  1. Enter Your Ticket Number: Find the ticket number provided to you at the time of device submission. You can find in the invoice we provided you.
  2. Enter Your Last Name: Please make sure that you enter your last name exactly as given in the invoice.
  3. Hit 'Track': Once you've entered your ticket number, click the "Track" button to view the current status of your repair.
